Thorogobius ephippiatus és una espècie de peix de la família dels gòbids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.[1]
Morfologia
Reproducció
La femella és capaç de pondre 12.000 ous.[4]
Alimentació
Menja crustacis (copèpodes, amfípodes i decàpodes), poliquets, gastròpodes i algues.[5]
Hàbitat
És un peix marí, de clima temperat i demersal que viu entre 6-40 m de fondària.[2]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba a l'Atlàntic oriental (des de Skagerrak fins a Madeira i les Illes Canàries) i la Mediterrània.[2][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22]
Observacions
És inofensiu per als humans.[2]
