Baba Sylla (born 16 June 1988) is a Malian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Championnat National 3 club Linas-Montlhéry.[2][3]
Early life
Sylla was born in Bamako, Mali, to a father born in 1956 in Bamako, French Sudan, and a mother born in 1970 in the same city of Bamako, which became the capital of independent Mali. The family settled in France, in the Essonne department, around 1990. Sylla acquired French nationality on 17 June 1996, through the collective effect connected to the reinstatement of his father in French nationality and the naturalization of his mother.[4]
