The flora of the Little Picacho Wilderness located in southeastern Imperial County, Southern California. It is within the Colorado Desert subregion, of the Sonoran Desert ecoregion

The Little Picacho Wilderness is located in the southern portion of the Lower Colorado River Valley, with its eastern side along the Colorado River (Little Picacho Wash runs ~ 1.5 miles (2 km) downstream); and is 10 miles (16 km) north of Yuma, Arizona and Winterhaven, California. The wilderness area protects a region of the southeastern Chocolate Mountains.
