Oleander is an unincorporated community in Fresno County, California.[1] It is located 9 miles (14 km) south-southeast of downtown Fresno,[2] at an elevation of 285 feet (87 m).[1]

A post office operated at Oleander from 1881 to 1935, moving in 1899.[2] The name honors its first postmaster, William Oleander Johnson.[2]
