Pharyngeal apparatus

The pharyngeal apparatus is an embryological structure.[1][2]

It consists of:

  • pharyngeal grooves (from ectoderm)
  • pharyngeal arches (from mesoderm)
  • pharyngeal pouches (from endoderm)

and related membranes.
