Serhiy Tulub (Ukrainian: Сергій Борисович Тулуб; born 13 August 1953) is a Ukrainian politician who had served as the governor of Cherkassy Oblast from 2010 to 2014.

He was the had been longest serving energy minister of Ukraine, and was a member of the Verkovna Rada from 2006 to 2010.

He was awarded the title Hero of Ukraine in 2004.[2]
