Lookout! Records on indie levy-yhtiö, joka toimii Berkeleyssä, Kaliforniassa.

Historia

Larry Livermore ja David Hayes perustivat Lookout! Recordsin vuonna 1987. Hayes jätti Lookoutin 1989 ja perusti oman levy-yhtiön Very Small Recordsin. Myöhemmin 1997 Livermore myi Lookoutin Chris Appelgrenille, joka oli ollut yhtiössä vuodesta 1988 lähtien. Kuuluisimpia Lookoutin listoilla olleita yhtyeitä ovat Green Day, Rancid ja The Donnas. Lookoutilla on ollut myös lukuisia pienempiä, mutta silti tunnettuja ja tärkeitä yhtyeitä, kuten esimerkiksi Operation Ivy, Crimpshrine, Isocracy ja Screeching Weasel.

Lukuisat yhtyeet ovat ostaneet oikeudet omiin levyihinsä tai päättäneet sopimuksen Lookoutin kanssa, muun muassa maksamattomien rojaltien takia.
