Penghargaan Grammy untuk Lagu R&B Terbaik (terkadang dikenal juga dengan Penghargaan Penulis Lagu R&B) telah diberikan sejak tahun 1969. Mulai tahun 1969 hingga 2000 penghargaan dikenal dengan Lagu R&B Terbaik.
