Pulau Gruinard (bahasa Inggris: Gruinard Island; /ˈɡrɪnjərd/;[6] bahasa Gaelik Skotlandia: Eilean Ghruinneard) adalah pulau kecil berbentuk oval yang merupakan bagian dari Skotlandia, dengan panjang 2 kilometer (1+1⁄4 mil) dan lebar 1 km (5⁄8 mi), terletak di Teluk Gruinard, antara Gairloch dan Ullapool.[7] Titik terdekatnya dengan daratan utama, jaraknya sekitar 1 kilometer (5⁄8 mil) dari garis pesisir. Pulau itu berbahaya bagi semua mamalia setelah percobaan bakteri antraks bernama Operasi Vegetarian pada tahun 1942, hingga akhirnya didekontaminasi pada akhir abad ke-20.
