ルイス・R・フォスター（Lewis R. Foster, 1898年8月5日 - 1974年6月10日）は、アメリカ合衆国の映画およびテレビの脚本家、監督、プロデューサーである。1926年から1960年のあいだに100作品以上を手がけた。

1939年のフランク・キャプラ監督映画『スミス都へ行く』によりアカデミー賞原案賞を受賞した。
