Emily Greene Balch (8 Januari 1867 – 9 Januari 1961) ialah seorang ahli ekonomi, sosiologi dan pacifis Amerika. Balch menggabungkan kerjaya akademik di Wellesley College dengan minat lama dalam isu sosial seperti kemiskinan, buruh kanak-kanak dan imigresen, serta kerja penyelesaian untuk meningkatkan imigran miskin dan mengurangkan kenakalan remaja.

Beliau berpindah ke pergerakan keamanan pada permulaan Perang Dunia I pada tahun 1914, dan mula berkolaborasi dengan Jane Addams dari Chicago. Beliau menjadi peneraju utama Liga Antarabangsa Wanita untuk Keamanan dan Kebebasan (WILPF) yang berpusat di Switzerland, di mana beliau memenangi Hadiah Nobel Keamanan pada tahun 1946.^[1]
