Senarai kawasan kejiranan Ottawa

Pada tahun 2001, bandar lama Ottawa adalah menyatu dengan pinggiran bandar Nepean, Kanata, Gloucester, Rockcliffe Park, Vanier dan Cumberland, dan bandar-bandar luar bandar Carleton Barat, Osgoode, Rideau dan Goulbourn, bersama-sama dengan sistem dan infrastruktur Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton, untuk menjadi satu kawasan perbandaran.
