Tebuan (Jawi: ‏تبوان‎code: ms is deprecated ‎) merupakan sejenis serangga terbang seperti penyengat besar yang mempunyai sengat yang menyakitkan. Tebuan tergolong dalam genus Vespa order Hymenoptera, keluarga Vespidae. Terdapat 22 spesies Vespa yang dikenalpasti seluruh dunia.[1][2] Spesies utama terdapat di Malaysia ialah Vespa tropica tropica. Sarang tebuan dibuat daripada cebisan-cebisan tumbuhan yang dilumatkan menjadi seperti kertas.
