X-Men: The Last Stand (također poznat kao X-Men 3: The Last Stand) je američki superherojski film snimljen 2006. u režiji Bretta Ratnera, odnosno treći u seriji filmova X-Men. Zaplet se u najokvirnijem smislu temelji na dvije strip-priče X-Mena - "The Dark Phoenix Saga" (crtež: Chris Claremont; scenario: John Byrne) i "Gifted" (scenario: Joss Whedon; crtež: John Cassaday), odnosno bavi se "lijekom za mutacije" koji može imati ozbiljne posljedice po mutante kao i ljude, odnosno tajanstvenim uskrsnućem Jean Grey.

Sa budžetom od $210 miliona dolara u vrijeme premijere je bio najskuplji film dotada snimljen, sa vizualnim efektima koje je radilo jedanaest različitih kompanija. Dobio je pomiješane kritike, ali je sa 459 miliona $ prihoda došao na 7. mjesto godine 2006. i bio financijski najuspješniji od svih filmova franšize.
