- 大卫·巴克利担任主任。他曾担任中央情报局总监察长（英语：CIA Inspector General），以及美国众议院情报委员会少数党的主任。
- 克里斯廷·阿默林担任副主任/首席顾问。她曾担任美國運輸部的副总法律顾问和多个国会委员会的首席顾问。
- 霍普·戈因斯担任主席的顾问。他曾担任汤普森在国土安全和国家安全事务方面的最高顾问。
