Karvan-e Sofla Rural District (Persian: دهستان كرون سفلي)^[3]^[a] is in Karvan District of Tiran and Karvan County, Isfahan province, Iran.^[4] Its capital is the village of Afjan.^[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 18,066 in 4,876 households.^[6] There were 19,318 inhabitants in 5,761 households at the following census of 2011.^[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 19,716 in 6,128 households. The most populous of its 25 villages was Mirabad, with 2,758 people.^[2]
