Southern Heights is a neighborhood in southwestern Lexington, Kentucky, United States. Its boundaries are the University of Kentucky Arboretum and Central Baptist Hospital to the north, Nicholasville Road to the west, and Edgemoor Drive/Blueberry Road to the south.[1]
