Kenneth Joseph "Ken" Arrow (23 Ogos 1921 - 21 Februari 2017) oalah seorang ahli ekonomi, ahli matematik, penulis, dan ahli teori politik Amerika. Beliau ialah pemenang bersama Hadiah Peringatan Nobel dalam Sains Ekonomi dengan John Hicks pada tahun 1972.
Dalam bidang ekonomi, beliau merupakan tokoh utama dalam teori ekonomi neo-klasik pasca Perang Dunia II. Kebanyakan bekas pelajar siswazahnya telah memenangi Hadiah Memorial Nobel itu sendiri. Karya-karya beliau yang paling penting adalah sumbangannya kepada teori pilihan sosial, terutamanya " Teorema kemustahilan Arrow", dan kerjanya mengenai analisa keseimbangan umum. Beliau juga menyediakan kerja asas dalam banyak bidang ekonomi, termasuk teori pertumbuhan endogen dan ekonomi maklumat.
