Tjalling Charles Koopmans (28 Ogos 1910 - 26 Februari 1985) ialah seorang ahli matematik dan ahli ekonomi Belanda Amerika. Beliau ialah pemenang bersama dengan Leonid Kantorovich dari Hadiah Peringatan Nobel dalam Sains Ekonomi 1975 atas karyanya mengenai teori peruntukan sumber yang optimum. Koopmans menunjukkan bahawa berdasarkan kriteria kecekapan tertentu, adalah mungkin untuk membuat potongan penting mengenai sistem harga optimum.^[1]
